WienerAI, a meme coin that blends humor with AI technology, is creating a stir in the crypto world. Its presale is nearing its close, fueled by YouTuber discussions and articles speculating on its potential.

Investor excitement is palpable, with the project surpassing a $7.3 million fundraising milestone. This rapid growth reflects not only investor confidence but also the project’s potential.
High demand for WienerAI tokens is further evidenced by the declining daily staking rewards. WienerAI’s staking program boasts lucrative returns, but these rewards are dynamic, decreasing as participation surges.
Early investors enjoy the benefits of initially high rates, but as the project gains traction, these rewards are naturally starting to shrink.

How to complete Carnival of Doom in Once Human

There are a load of quests to complete in Once Human and not all are as simple as getting to a destination on the map.
Carnival of Doom is definitely one of the more hidden and harder to finish side missions that may have left you a bit stumped.
We’ll reveal both how to start and finish the Carnival of Doom quest so you can stop banging your head against the wall on what you’re meant to do.
How to start Carnival of Doom in Once Human
To begin the Carnival of Doom side quest in Once Human, instead of simply chatting to an NPC, it’s an item you’re after.
In fact, it’s a revolver you’ll need to interact with and this is located at the number 17 warehouse in Rift Anchor Junkyard.
One thing to note here though is that you will need to have reached at least level 19 and there are a few enemies you’ll have to take down to get to the revolver, so ensure you’re coming prepared.

After finding the revolver in the warehouse, interact with it and you’ll be transported to the next location.
Once Human Carnival of Doom: How to complete
After interacting with the revolver you’ll be met with Chuckles the clown and your mission is to beat him in a game.
The game in question is Russian roulette, hence the revolver, but it’s actually an impossible task, so you’ll need to do some cheating of your own.
If you follow the black wire from the device on the desk next to Chuckles, you’ll see that there is another clown that is aiding Chuckles in his cheating endeavors.

V will give you some dialogue suggesting you’ll have to take this clown down in order to win. Return to Chuckles and choose the “I need some fresh air” option when it presents itself.
Exit through the large door and around to the left where you can kill the clown. Investigate the terminal he is using and go back to Chuckles.
Accept his challenge and pull the trigger. You will now have succeeded, allowing you to secure the Deviation and finish Carnival of Doom.

Bitcoin 2024 announces Donald Trump as speaker

The upcoming Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville, Tennessee, has added former U.S. President Donald Trump to its roster of speakers.
Scheduled for July 25-27, this event is among the largest global gatherings focused on Bitcoin (BTC). Trump was announced as a speaker at the event in a July 11 X post by the organizer.

ANNOUNCING: PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP TO SPEAK AT #BITCOIN2024 pic.twitter.com/F2mwECVMTW
— The Bitcoin Conference (@TheBitcoinConf) July 10, 2024

Trump, the likely Republican presidential nominee, has recently shown increased support for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. At a Mar-a-Lago event, he pledged to promote crypto if elected president. Trump’s campaign also began accepting cryptocurrency donations last month, garnering support from industry figures like the Gemini crypto exchange founders Winklevoss twins and Cathie Wood of Ark Invest.
Not just Trump
The conference will feature other US political figures, including presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., former candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, and Republican Senators Bill Hagerty and Marsha Blackburn. Kennedy Jr., who spoke at Bitcoin 2023, has previously advocated for inviolable rights to hold and use Bitcoin.
In contrast, President Biden’s campaign has reportedly sought advice on digital asset policies from crypto industry members but has made no significant public statements on the topic. The tech industry group Chamber of Progress has urged Biden to support comprehensive crypto regulation, suggesting Trump has capitalized on the current administration’s lack of clear stance.
Prediction markets currently favor Trump in the upcoming November election. Polymarket users estimate a 63% chance of his victory compared to 13% for Biden.

BitMEX admits guilt in Bank Secrecy Act violation case

Cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX has plead guilty to violating the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), as announced by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) on Wednesday.
The news follows Bitcoin (BTC) flash-crashing down to $8,900 on the exchange back in March.
Court documents reveal that from September 2015 to September 2020, the Seychelles-based platform intentionally failed to implement proper know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. This period ended when the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) accused BitMEX of illegally offering crypto derivative trading to U.S. customers, while the DOJ charged four employees with BSA violations.
During this time, BitMEX allowed near-anonymous cryptocurrency trading without requiring identification or documentation from customers. The exchange marketed itself as a platform for retail trading without real-name verification. Prosecutors argue that these lax standards made BitMEX a hotspot for money laundering and sanctions evasion.
Illegal US operations
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams highlighted the perceived wrongdoings on BitMEX’s part in the announcement. He said:
As BitMEX’s founders and long-time employee admitted in federal court in 2022, the company, one of the leading cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the world from 2015 to 2020, operated in the United States without any meaningful anti-money laundering program, as required by federal law.
As a result, BitMEX opened itself up as a vehicle for large-scale money laundering and sanctions evasion schemes, posing a serious threat to the integrity of the financial system. Today’s guilty plea indicates again the need for cryptocurrency companies to comply with U.S. law if they take advantage of the U.S. market.
The charges against the exchange mirror those previously brought against its co-founders Arthur Hayes, Samuel Reed, and Benjamin Delo, as well as its first employee, Gregory Dwyer, all of whom have pleaded guilty.
Additionally, BitMEX admitted to lying to a foreign bank to open an account for a shell company, Shine Effort Inc. Limited, controlled by Delo but beneficially owned by BitMEX.
The case, overseen by U.S. District Judge John G. Koeltl in the Southern District of New York, has not yet reached the sentencing stage for BitMEX.

Eve Online could “live forever” as studio prepares to make epic space sim’s tech and engine Open Source

In a world where you can get a copyright strike for using about three seconds of audio from a TikTok video in a reaction video on YouTube, it is a profound rarity to see a company that has been around for decades, take its most valuable asset and say, “here ya go world, have it and do as you will with it.”
CCP Games, the developer of perhaps the grandest video game of all time, Eve Online, is readying its propriety Carbon Development Platform to go Open Source. That’s right, I can use it, you can use it, anyone can use it – the system that made Eve Online. Of course, if I were to use it it would be largely pointless, but in the right hands, the dream is that Eve Online could be around as long as humanity (so, potentially just a few more weeks then the way it’s going).
In a terrific interview with Gamesindustry.biz CCP’s CEO Hilmar Pétursson says, “We want Eve Online to go on forever. Open sourcing the platform that powers it in my view is greatly increasing the odds of that happening.”
“If you look at the macro trends in software, generally code that is open and shared has a higher chance to be robust over a period of time …You can also see this with Unreal Engine, which is a pretty big deal in the industry. The source for Unreal is readily available to everyone – it’s not an open-source project, but the source code is there. It’s immensely helpful.”
Pétursson Is very much aware the shelf-life of game developers is not infinite, telling Gamesindustry that “Companies generally don’t live very long. CCP is already quite an old company by gaming standards. We’re not Nintendo, we haven’t been here for 200 years, but we’re 27 – that’s already quite long because game companies are just not very likely to live for a long time.”
“I know when you give tools to people in a community, they will make awesome things. This is the story of human life, and they will outdo your creativity way more than you think. Every time you try to put a lid on it, you curb the potential. Make it open, and the sky is the limit.”
You can read the full interview here and it is well worth 10 minutes of your time.
